So Tom has a lot of time on his hands these days. The first week was great having him around so much. The second week was okay but by the end of the week we decided the basement HAD to be finished. Not because we need the space, but because he needs a project. He was going nuts just hanging around the house with me. So now we're finishing our basement. He has read a lot on the internet and asked a bunch of people how to do it. He's in the middle of framing it right now. Then he'll figure out electrical/plumbing. Then the drywall, etc., etc. It has given him a great project and given me some sanity as well.
